C-H Oxidative coupling(碳氢氧化偶联)

When the C-H of the two substrates is activated, a cross-type C-C coupling reaction is performed by the action of a hydrogen acceptor. If oxygen is used as an oxidant, the theoretically generated by-product is just water. Such a reaction is a very ideal green chemistry and the ultimate goal that scientists have been pursuing.

At present, the most studied is the CDC reaction, but because of it‘s difficult to control chemoselectivity and low reactivity, it has not developed to the point where it can be applied on a large scale. However, this type of reaction has become one of the hottest research topics, and its future development has attracted much attention.

Our research group has been studying the field of C-H activation for a long time, and has cooperated with many scientists to build greener chemistry and a better life.
